IMDbA moving and sincere Bengali play called "Praktan" expertly captures the complexities of relationships and the strength of forgiveness. The film, which was directed by Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy, weaves a moving story that examines the difficulties of love, marriage, and personal development. Prosenjit Chatterjee and Rituparna Sengupta give outstanding performances that brilliantly convey the nuanced feelings of their characters. The image of a married couple juggling their history and present is made more realistic by their tangible connection. The movie's narrative skillfully juggles humour, reflection, and nostalgic scenes. It explores topics including regret, forgiving others, and the value of second chances. It is beautifully done to utilise a train ride as a metaphor for life's unforeseen turns and turns. "Praktan" has stunning cinematography that perfectly conveys the feel of rural Bengal and the emotions of the people. Anupam Roy's music enhances the narration by deepening the tale.
