This is one of 4 movies from Edgewood Studios that has been riffed by Rifftrax/MST3K: "Radical Jack", "Icebreaker" and "Time Chasers"(riffed live by Rifftrax, and originally riffed in Season 8/episode 20 of MST3K) are the others.
One of the scenes takes place in the same airplane hangar that was frequently used in Time Chasers (1994), an earlier Edgewood Studios production.
The six pack of Diet Coke is clearly empty, given the amount of dents in the cans before and after Sebastian uses it to beat up some guys. He even hands a can to a police officer, and again it's obviously empty. Apparently the production was too cheap to buy two 6 packs.
