TRIVIA

Trivia

Released to capitalize on The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

To make it appear that the filming crew was bigger than it actually was, the end credits are padded with fake names that are references to DC superheroes: 1st AD "Harold Jordan" (Green Lantern), 2nd AD "Kent Clarkson" (Clark Kent, Superman), and boom operators "Ted Kord" (Blue Beetle), "Micheal Carter" (Booster Gold), and "John Jones" (Martian Manhunter).

The character of the Black Bat is based on the golden age pulp character who came out the same month as the first appearance of Batman. The Black Bat's origin was "borrowed" and used as the basis for Two-Face and Daredevil.
