Most of the actors in this movie couldn't speak English, so they learnt their lines phonetically.
First leading role for Danish actress Helle Michaelsen, who is credited as Helena Michaelsen. After appearing in her first role, a small part in Beach Fever (1987), she met 80's action icon Brigitte Nielsen, who advised her to pose for Playboy to kickstart her career. Michaelsen did and became the August 1988 Playmate of the Month. That opened doors for other opportunities and led to her getting this part.
