For Disney+ and Lucasfilm, the first volume of Star Wars: Visions was a huge success. Volume 2 is set to become even crazier with even more fantastic animation companies. Some of the biggest talents in anime-style animation came together for Volume 1, and these talented brains were given unlimited creative licence to interpret the Star Wars galaxy in any way they saw fit. Critics praised the ambitious series as one of the most exciting things to come out of Star Wars in a very long time, and the outcome was a resounding victory for the franchise. It already appears that Volume 2 will be much more ambitious because this time, anime from other countries is featured. In order to control more varied animation styles, the much awaited second volume is bringing in an even more wide assortment of animation classics. Volume 2 features more animation forms than only anime, including computer-generated, hand-drawn, stop-motion, and others, maybe paving the way for even more fresh types of animated entertainment in the future.
