The Night Manager is an excellent show with an exceptional cast full of veteran actors. The story cuts to the chase in the very beginning and later the plot develops beautifully. The series is full of action, drama, romance, betrayal, violence, and more. The negative character Roper manages to actually give you the chills because of how wonderfully he is portrayed by Hugh. Tom Hiddleston hardly ever disappoints and Olivia Colman can also be seen doing a fantastic job. There are elements of manipulation, anger, rage, and suspicion due to which the audience stays on their toes throughout the series until the very end. The show compels you to root for Pine but also gives you little scares throughout as he is in the inner circle of a very dangerous, merciless international criminal. The romantic angle that starts between Roper's girlfriend and Pine is not a unique angle but definitely spices up the series more and is worth the watch.

The name of the boat is Orca, the same as the name of the Ill-stricken boat in Jaws (1975). Both boat's inhabitants face monsters.
