TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The footage of London was filmed in director Penelope Spheeris' garage, as the members of London did not have homes at the time the movie was filmed. The hot tub Odin was filmed in belonged to Spheeris as well. Likewise, the footage of Aerosmith and of Ozzy Osbourne were filmed in a producer's house. Chris Holmes' pool scene was also shot at the producer's house.

In a 1999 interview, director Penelope Spheeris confessed that Ozzy Osbourne's orange juice pouring scene was faked, as some viewers suspected. The particular scene of the orange juice missing the glass was filmed at a different time and inserted into the clip.

According to director Penelope Spheeris on the commentary, the scene where Chris Holmes pours a vodka bottle down his throat is actually just pool water - not actually vodka. Spheeris also says that that amount of vodka, if it were real, would kill someone.

Guns N Roses was slated to appear in the film but their management would not allow it. The addition of the band Seduce was done at the last minute to "fill the gap" left by GNR's absence. The crew wanted to stick to LA-based bands, but added Seduce as they had connections to a crew member.

The women lying in bed with Paul Stanley were Playboy models.
