TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

The inspiration for the film and its title came from a prank Director Ryan Callaway's wife, Producer Amy Callaway, played on him while they were vacationing in Lancaster, PA. While parked and overlooking a massive cornfield late one night, she pretended to see a girl in the cornfield - only to scare Ryan while he was looking for her.

"The Girl in the Cornfield" is actress Briana Aceti's first role in any film.

Director Ryan Callaway met Mollie Sperduto on the set of "The Yearly Harvest". He remarked to her at the time that she reminded him of Ashley Bell, who starred in "The Last Exorcism". That resemblance later led him to cast her as the mysterious "Girl in the Cornfield" character.

Popular Dialogues

"Corrine O'Connor: She could have been an escaped psychopath from a mental institution. Or something else."

"Heather: How did she lose this much blood?"
