STORY

Story
Two teenaged kids discover a miniature bottled city buried beneath a construction site. They must protect the tiny civilization within from reptilian alien hunters after its everlasting power supply.

Trivia

Alien masks are re-used from the film Oblivion (1994).

Production of the film actually dates back to 1986 when it was originally set to be filmed by producer Charles Band's previous studio Empire Pictures as "Micropolis." It later resurfaced in 1993 when Band announced that it was currently in pre-production from his earlier children's film label, Moonbeam Entertainment.

The film's trailer re-uses music from Doctor Mordrid (1992).
