TRIVIA

Trivia

The stair fall sequence in the "sad ending" of the film was shot at the actual stairs in Georgetown, DC, where the ending to the original The Exorcist (1973) was shot. Jeremy Selenfriend, who created the head-spinning Regan, actually trained at Dick Smith's SPFX School (Smith created all the effects for the original "The Exorcist").
