Tim Thomerson visited the set occasionally to consult actress Zette Sullivan on playing Jack/Jo before shooting. His advice was to watch movies with Steve McQueen and act like him, only "more pissed off."
Full Moon ended up releasing a "rough cut" of the film at the time of release, since post-production for the film was never finished.
Even though this is the 6th entry in the Trancers series, there is no mention of any of the events from parts 4 or 5. The events of part 3 however, with Jack having wiped out all the Trancers, is mentioned.
Every member of the crew has a cameo in the film, including the director and the producer.
