TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

At the police department, Leo (Max Greenfield) comments that he heard a rumor that Veronica (Kristen Bell) was working for the F.B.I., to which she replies "another life maybe". A trailer for the cancelled fourth season of Veronica Mars (2004) was released by Director Rob Thomas, showing Veronica's first few days with the F.B.I.

Funded in large part by a campaign on Kickstarter.com, breaking all of the site's records up to April, 2013. Some of the accomplishments were: Fastest project to reach one million dollars. Fastest project to reach two million dollars. All-time highest-funded project in FILM category. Third highest-funded project in Kickstarter history. Most project backers of any project in Kickstarter history.

When the idea of Kickstarter emerged, Kristen Bell and Rob Thomas met with the Warner Brothers brass, which gave their blessing to the project and agreed to help distribute the movie. Their reaction was "if you can show there's enough fan interest to warrant a movie, we're on-board", and they did, with 5,702,153 dollars pledged of the two million dollar goal, and 91,585 backers.

Began filming in the summer of 2013, six years after the original television series was cancelled, and nine years since the show premiered.

In the film, the latest Lotto numbers are shown in several different web-based views (alongside the main thing being viewed). The Lotto numbers displayed were the final Kickstarter dollar amount that was raised to fund the production.

Popular Dialogues

"Veronica Mars: Come back to me. Logan Echolls: Always."

"Madison Sinclair: Veronica! You must be so proud. Just because you were an unpopular bitch, you had to ruin it for everybody else. Veronica Mars: I'd stop there. Madison Sinclair: Oh, would you? What are you gonna do? Use your stun gun on me? Don't you think that's gotten a bit old? Veronica Mars: [punches Madison] Original enough for ya?"
