Now I understood why this particular product is not listed on other e-commerce websites. Flipkart sent me a laptop which has mechanical damage. I purchased this after saving money for months together only to see myself disappointed. The wifi isn't working since the first start. After raising a complaint they sent an engineer who was unable to resolve the issue. Moreover these guys promised to replace laptop within 5 days which has again extended for another 5 days. Because of all this my work has come to stand still and I am in a helpless situation where I cannot finish my projects which will result in a significant monetary loss to me. I hope this review reaches the appropriate concerned persons who can look in to the matter and replace my device at the earliest. Any compensatory filpkart vouchers would be highly appreciated so as to compensate the amount of loss I suffered and the mental agony I went through it.
Purchased it for 53,500 during big billion days, perfect laptop for daily use...Nice display with premium slim look and light weight...Processor is fast and reboot time is very less, battery backup is also good.
