HP Spectre 13-v039tu (Y4F61PA) Laptop (Core i5 6th Gen/8 GB/256 GB SSD/Windows 10)

I will never buy any HP product ever again. The customer service that they provide is utter rubbish. Forget buying a regular product, HP does not know how to treat even its premium customers properly. We had made all payments (rs. 106000 for HP spectre),Which we still have not received. HP does not receive calls or reply to mails. We would strongly recommend not to buy HP product even from good websites like flip kart and Amazon. The customer service is despicable, in case of any problem you will be stranded and treated like dirt. DO NOT BUY ANY HP PRODUCT. On 4th of August we pre booked the HP spectre. The pre booking Mail said estimated delivery time was 21 days. The sales executive no. 1 said that the order would reach us before 21st of August at the latest (Our company had to make a gift of the laptop to a big client of ours). By 21st there was no sign of any laptop or mail or phone call. On talking to sales executive no. 2, we were told that the above are only tentative dates and it was foolish of me to expect the delivery of such premium laptop with such a short time. After a week I called them back and sales executive no. 3 told us that I should receive the laptop SHORTLY. Mind you, by this time I had already failed in one of my commitments made to one of my clients. I wrote a mail to HP regarding the same and HP replied with the are of 7th September as the delivery date. On 7th September we called back HP and sales executive no. 4 told us that due to HP's faulty paperwork the consignment was stuck in Bhubaneswar and that we would receive it in another 1-2 days. We also talked to a senior sales executive called Mohit. Mr. Mohit reassured us that he would mail us the exact delivery date by the end of 7th September working day. No mail was recovered no phone call was received. On calling his direct line, we are continuously told that he is unavailable. Today is 10th of September. The pre booking was done on 4th of August. Full payment was made on 21st August. No laptop, no call, no mail from anyone in HP. HP has left us with no chick but to take legal action for the money.
