i bought a hp laptop 125tx. within 2 days it started showing software issues. when i approached to hp service centre. they didnt responded at all everything is allright even though i was having the proof(video) that it was having some software issues as well as the sound system was not working properly. i askjed them to exchange it. but they didnt responded. however i purchased it from infocity,bhubaneswar, they were kind enough they talked to their senior and he however agreed to exchange the laptop but still made a compromise that u have to exchange it with this one hp-ac035tx. so after bringing this. it has software issues too. and even being a gaming laptop still it overheats when a small end is played. WELL i will never deny that the onsite customer toll free number or onsite helpine number they will respond well and very polite if you tell them their problem.
