I had ordered for a laptop during last week of May 16 and this is my experience with flipkart:na. wrong model of laptop delivered, also colour was differentnb. laptop invoice was in different name, dated 8th March.nc. informed flipkart about issue on 4th Junend. Flipkart responded that issue will be resolved by 6th Junene. 6th June Flipkart sent mail, issue will be resolved on 8th Junenf. Asked for callback on 8th evening. 3 times the agent dropped the call during conversationng. informed the whole issue to the final agent. asked for cancellation and pick up by 10thnh. flipkart called during office hours on 9th when I was on call. responded back to their mail but they never called back.nI. Today is 10th night. no resolution provided yet. laptop not picked up. I am stranded. I swear I will never again come back to this site. its a demeaning and insulting experience. I don't need this.
