Got this product during Big Billion day. Arrived before expected delivery date. Flipkart is competing with everyone but Quality standards are too high.nnProduct is well packed. Works like a charm. Sound is good. Did a Skype video chat and experience was awesome.nnOnly problem i faced is that when I was configuring Windows then Internet connectivity broke because of power cut and computer got hanged at that window. Then I had to power reset and configure with different account. But that was s/w problem.nnAfter all configurations done, it is very smooth, no heating and because of graphics card, game playing is also a good experience. Overall very satisfied with the product.
This laptop works like a dream for me. The games do not lag and its fast.nThe only cons are that it does not have a backlit keyboard and its battery fit is a little loose on the laptop.nRest assured..it works fine
