HP 15-AF138AU (T0X76PA) Laptop (AMD Quad Core A6/4 GB/500 GB/DOS/256 MB)

Got this from HP World in Gurgaon. looks as good as some laptops costing Rs 35000. nnAMD always has better integrated graphics than intel and even though this laptop has the older A6 chip instead of the more capable A8 chip, the performance is at par with my HP i3 4th Gen laptop. nAs far as gaming is concerned, I have Run some Pre 2010 titles at decent FPS, which is fine given the integrated R5 Graphics only have 256 MB VRAM, nQuality of internal speakers was above average, Screen quality and brightness level too was adequate for daily work and youtube.nnMy only issue is that Battery wont last beyond 3.5 hours against claim of 4.5 hrs, which is only possible if you are not on wifi and just using MS Word or Excel

Sorry to say, but I had never experienced such poor quality of service like you are providing to your customers.nnI am sharing my conversations which had with your team:nOn 30th May 2016 I called customer care and asked my product status,nHe told me its cancelled due to miscode. Please order new one. nnOn 31st May I requested to CALL ME BACK request. One of your customer care executive told me "Your order not cancelled, it will delivered you by 2nd June 2016 till 8:00PM, and we apologized and will add 300 RS in your flipkart wallet"nnOn 31st May 2016 I got mail from you(trial mail) you asked me my area pin code. I checked with Google and provided you, but I am getting my all curious on that address which was updated while booking. nBut I thought I need to take clarity from flipkart team, so I called you in morning (9:00AM) on your toll free number which is starting from 1800... Then one of your executive told me don't worry sir, your order will delivered you on 02nd June 2016 only. She also added she will make arrange call from local team. nAt 11:00AM I got call and your executive told me that you are not able to delivered product to me on my address. I requested him to provide me product on given address and that is correct one, I am getting my all parcel on that address only, that is my official address or arrange call from your local team so that I can explain him my address. nBut he refused my all request and told me it will not delivered you have order new one and your money will be refund to your credit card with in two working days.nAfter disconnected call I received a SMS that you will refunded with next 7 to 8 days. nn*DO YOU THINK IS IT GOOD SERVICE?? nn*DO YOU THINK I WILL BUY ANY THINK FROM FLIPKART?? nn*DO YOU THINK I WILL SUGGEST FLIPKART FOR SHOPPING TO MY FRIENDS OR COLLEAGUES ?? nn"It would be appreciated if you call me and understand my address and delivered my product coz I had spend many days with flipkart for the same. Or consider this as request."
