Verdict

The HP 15q-bu008tu (2SL06PA) laptop falls in a mid-range budget and has sound battery backup. The RAM manages smooth functioning in the system but since the laptop packs in an average processor, thereby multitasking shall be an issue at times. Overall, this model is good but still, there are much better options available in this budget.

Display and Configuration

The HP 15q-bu008tu (2SL06PA) laptop comes with a 15.6-inch Diagonal HD SVA BrightView WLED-Backlit display and has a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. Under the hood, there is a 1.6GHz Intel Pentium quad-core N3710 processor aided by 4GB of DDR3 RAM manage the overall performance of the system.  Those are assisted by an Intel HD 405 GPU. The device boots on Windows 10 Home Premium operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture. 

Sound and Body 

The laptop has dual speakers which render pretty good sound and act as a source of recreation for the user while watching YouTube videos, listening songs, watching movies etc. The device measures 380 x 253.8 x 23.8mm, weighs 1.86Kg and is available in the black coloured body.

Camera, Input Devices and Battery

For video calling and recording purposes, the device is armed with a webcam. When it comes to input devices in the system, there are two devices - a touchpad with multi-touch gestures support, a Full-size island-style keyboard with numeric keypad and a DVD writer. The HP 15q-bu008tu (2SL06PA) is fuelled by a 4 cell Li-ion battery which claims to render a backup for long hours.
