Display and Storage

The sleek designed HP Omen gaming laptop sports a 17.3inch Diagonal FHD IPS Anti-Glare WLED backlit G-sync enabled display with a native screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is available in Black colour and weighs around 4.57kg. As for the storage, the laptop has a 1TB hard disk which revolves at speed of 7200RPM. Besides, the HDD it also has a 512 GB SSD which performs its task at a fast speed.

Configuration and Connectivity

On the processing front, the device is powered by an Intel Core  i7-7820HK (7th gen) with a clock speed of 2.9Ghz. The processor is seated upon an Intel CM238 Express chipset and is mated to a 16GB DDR4 RAM which has a RAM speed of 2400Mhz. As mentioned earlier the HP Omen has a powerful graphics processor in the form of NVIDIA GEN Geforce GTX 1080 and it has a graphics memory of 8GB. The standard connectivity option that one can find in HP Omen are- Wireless LAN 802.11/a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth v4.1.    

Battery, Camera and Input Device

For providing the user with an uninterrupted flow in their work the device is provided with a strong 6 cell Li-ion battery. For regular video calling it has front webcam and videos are recorded in HD 720p. The input devices that comes with this laptop include - a touchpad with multi-gesture touch support and a full-sized backlit keyboard.
