HP's latest offering is set to be a competition killer, thanks to the specs it sports. These include the excellent display, good configuration, sufficient storage and enough connectivity options. One wishes HP had provided Windows instead of DOS as the default OS. That aside, however, the specs this device has make it an ideal companion for anyone seeking a device that's high on both power and visuals.
Design and Display
The 2000-2311TU comes in a nice black design that's as trendy as its easy to use. A standard keyboard and touchpad with multi-touch gesture support have been provided to ensure fast and easy input. The 15.6 inches HD (1366 x 768 pixels resolution ) Brighview LED-backlit LED display ensures that viewing is a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Processor and OS
With a 2.2GHz Intel Pentium Dual Core processor (B950 variant) and 2GB of RAM, this device can perform well even under moderate stress. Gamers can use the powers of the Intel HD GPU. DOS is the default OS of this device.
