Hi friends, I got this product with damage i,e Crashes on pannel and WIFI card is not working properly and Unable to install drivers. In product they didn't mention that the particular of HP 240 G2 Notebook (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Free DOS) (J7V31PA) is suitable to only WINDOWS 8 only. This is my Case ID number 4735249668.still it is in open.And i complain it to flipkart. at every time filipkart is saying they will visit with in 2 business days. This is the message from flipkart "Dear Customer, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 07 Sep, 11:30 AM.
