The HP ProBook 650 G1 (E791NPA) sports a 14-inch HD LED backlit SVA flat display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. The matte anti glare finish on the top enables you to view things clearly even under bright light. It also gets a fingerprint scanner which can be used for unlocking the gadget without using the keyboard.

Configuration and OS

Under the hood, the device is loaded with a fourth generation Intel Core i5 processor sprinting at 2.5GHz and based on HM87 Express chipset. It is coupled with a standard 4GB DDR3 RAM which is further expandable up to 8GB via two DIMM slots. The integrated Intel HD 4600 GPU takes care of rich games and movies. It runs on 64 bit Windows 7 Professional OS.

The HP ProBook 650 G1 (E791NPA) is armed with a webcam and dual array digital microphone microphone and sports a 500GB SATA hard disk which operates at 7,200rpm and provides quicker response. The SuperMulti DVD RW Drive with dual layer support can be used for streaming media from disks. The stereo speakers powered by DTS Studio Sound+ technology provide rich multimedia experience.

Packed with a 6 cell Li-ion battery, the HP ProBook 650 G1 (E791NPA) is rated to deliver up to 13.46 hours of continuous service. Connectivity and networking features include Gigabit Ethernet, four USB 3.0 ports, VGA port, digital media reader, Bluetooth v4.0, WLAN, HDMI out along with DisplayPort and docking connector.
