HP Envy M6-1216TX Laptop (Core i7 3rd Gen/8 GB/1 TB/Windows 8/2)

My experience after one month with this product is not satisfactory. The system has been suddenly switched off yesterday. The adapter has no problems. I've checked all possible options. Now I am badly looking for technical support. But they are asking me to send the system via courier. I am really regretting

i bought from a retailer shop about the product its same as the great performer hp envy dv6 but with updated graphics card n more efficient cire i7 3632 than 3630! check its review in thinkdigit. laptop performs very well, -build quality is assum 10/10 -touchpad is very good, n responsive. set acc to ur requirements sensitivity, gestures, speed, edge scrolling, momentum, etc 7.5/10 -processor & ram 7.7 windows rating index -hdd 5.9 cos its a 5400 rpm, but its the same in every laptop. -sound quality very assum compared to others in this segment. (don't expect heavy bass from beats audio subwoofer! A quality sound that one can enjoy from laptop) most importantly, download all the official driver from hp site for this model n enjoy, keep the drivers updated, n after couple of windows 8 updates from microsoft your pc will go smooth with no issue for those who get problems... left of the palm-rest gets little heated up, but that's normal! As its not a plastic, its aluminum finish which btw looks great! so heat from inside is released. under normal operations, the core i7 processor get upt 49 degree heated up! and core i7 does get heated up. In any model...core i5 stays cool, i've used same model wid corei5. battery backup was gr8, i saw 3hrs in sepcs, but it gave more than that under normal operation, browsing wifi n 20-25% brightness. also its charger is very efficient, doesn't gets heated up. n ya fingerprint, the body doesn't attract a bit of it! the fingerprint reader works gr8 too...loving it as it provides so much ease! no need to remember passwords!!
