Display and Configuration

The HTC U flaunts a 5.5-inch S-LCD 5 display and features a screen resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. It has a pixel density of 534ppi and there is also corning gorilla glass v5 attached on the top of the screen. Under the hood, there are two quad-core processors - 2.45GHz Kyro 280 + 1.9 GHz Kyro 280 aided by 4GB of RAM. The handset is well-designed in a black coloured body and runs on Android v7.1 (Nougat) operating system. It has sensors on the sides of the body, which lets the user open apps and perform functions by swiping, squeezing, tapping etc.

Camera and Battery

A superb 12MP back camera which can record 4K resolution videos at 30fps outputs amazing results. The picture quality is also very sharp and the pixels do not fail to fade the details of an image when zoomed. Selfie lovers also get mesmerising pictures from a 16MP shooter. Acting as a stamina provider, is a 3,000mAh li-polymer battery inclusive of quick charging v3.0 feature. 

Storage and Connectivity

As far as the storage is concerned, an internal space of 64GB and a memory card slot which can read up to whooping 2TB is available. On the connectivity ground, the handset offers options such as dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS with A-GPS, Glonass and USB Type-C (doesn't support micro-USB).
