DailyObjects has launched ‘Node,’ a wireless charging system. It’s claimed to be the world’s first modular wireless charging ecosystem, letting users choose between 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 dock configurations and even personalise the setup according to their preferences. According to DailyObjects, Node is set to introduce a new sub-category that eliminates the need for “conventional chargers that are static, fixed to a desk or tethered by cables.”

DailyObjects Node price in India, availability

The Node will be available at a starting price of Rs 10,000, depending on the configuration of modules. The Node ecosystem includes the ‘Wireless Charging Phone Stand’, ‘Wireless Charging Disk’, ‘Apple Watch Charging Stand’, and ‘Portable Lamp’. Each of these modules can be placed on the dock or used independently through pogo pin connectivity or USB Type-C port. It can be purchased through DailyObjects’ online and select retail platforms.

DailyObjects Node specifications, features

The idea behind DailyObjects Node is to build an ecosystem around a dock-and-go architecture. So, you can charge multiple devices from one single charging mat, or you can detach and use them individually. There are 2-in-1 (65W) and 3-in-1 dock (65W) configurations to choose from, or you can create personalised setups using the interchangeable modules. These can be easily snapped in and out for portability.

The Node includes a phone stand that has a 7,800mAh battery with 25W support, and a 5W charging stand for all Apple Watch models. There’s a charging disk with Qi2.2 25W output that can be used to charge smartphones and earbuds. For aesthetics and in true DailyObjects fashion, the Node also includes a Portable Lamp with a 2,600mAh battery that delivers up to 8 hours of backup and three dimming modes for personalised ambient lighting. The lamp is more for aesthetics, so it’s something that can be avoided if you don’t require it. The Node is powered by a 100W single cable solution, thereby eliminating the need to plug multiple charging cables into one table.

Through Node, DailyObjects aims to offer a one-stop wireless charging solution that’s clean and clutter-free at the same time. With support for charging multiple devices at a time and at reasonable charging outputs, the Node can be a convenient option for people who use different kinds of devices. There are wireless charging docks available, but mostly limited to one device. That way, the Node offers a multi-device solution without having to purchase separate ones or charge two to three devices at once. It’s also pretty-looking and will match the overall aesthetics of your room.

Since the Node is one of a kind, it can be purchased by those who want a modular and clean wireless charging system. There are options by Belkin and Anker, but they are comparatively more expensive. Also, the flexibility that the Node provides is different too as you can purchase and use the modules purely based on your requirements.

It’s worth noting that while the Node may offer convenience, you’d still have to spend at least Rs 10,000 for the complete solution. You’re also not getting fast charging speeds as you would with wired chargers. So if you’re okay with these compromises, then you can go ahead with the Node.
