iQOO Neo 11 Ultra to launch on August 18th with Dimensity 9500M SoC, 2K display

iQOO is slated to launch a new Neo series smartphone in China on August 18th. The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will be a more powerful version of the Neo 11, the other phone in the lineup. Speaking of which, iQOO has confirmed the Neo 11 Ultra will use the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor. This is a new 3nm chipset, designed to deliver flagship performance.

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra chipset details

The Dimensity 9500M chipset has been co-developed by iQOO and MediaTek. It’s built on the 3nm process and features an all-big-core CPU design housing the next-generation Monster Super Core Engine. The chipset is said to have been specially tuned for the Neo 11 Ultra and is designed to deliver peak performance while maintaining better energy efficiency.
