“Our take on OPPO’s latest affordable handset – the A5s”

OPPO recently launched the successor to the A3s smartphone in India, namely the OPPO A5s, as its latest contender in the budget segment. The smartphone retails for just shy of Rs 10K in India and offers a compelling design. But, is there more to it than meets the eye? I intend to find out in this review. Stay with me.

Verdict

As I mentioned previously, the OPPO A5s retails for Rs 9,990 and for the price, cuts a handsome package, ships with decent cameras and offers a long-lasting battery life.

Unfortunately, the pricing of the smartphone pits it against the fan-favourite Redmi Note 7, which offers better cameras and performance to boot. Correspondingly, I think buyers can give this one a pass.
