As per a circular shared with OPPO’s retail partners, the new price hikes for the smartphones are effective from today, July 20th. The revised prices are reflected on the e-commerce platform, Flipkart; however, it is worth noting that some of the variants of these models are currently out of stock.
The OPPO K14 series and the A6s 5G remain the OEM’s latest affordable offerings. Interestingly, all three smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which should be capable of handling everyday tasks with ease. They also feature identical 6.75-inch HD+ LCD displays with a 120Hz refresh rate, making them suitable for casual viewing.
The similarities between the three smartphones don’t end there. All three feature a 50MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup. However, if you want a better selfie camera, the OPPO K14 is the better pick, with an 8MP front-facing camera. The OPPO K14x and OPPO A6s 5G, meanwhile, feature lower-resolution 5MP selfie cameras.
The OPPO K14x and A6s 5G also pack smaller 6,500mAh batteries compared to the OPPO K14’s 7,000mAh unit. All three smartphones support 45W fast charging. On the software front, the phones run Android 15-based ColorOS out of the box and are promised three years of security updates.
If you want the best value for money, the OPPO K14 stands as the strong option. However, those in tight budget might find the OPPO K14x a more appealing buy.
