It’s no secret that Samsung is gearing up to launch its next-generation Galaxy Fan Edition device globally, the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. Previously, the device’s support page went live on the company’s official website and later a report surfaced online revealing its display and battery specs. Moreover, we also got an early look at the Galaxy S24 FE through promo images and learned about its rumoured October release from another report.
And now, team 91mobiles spotted the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on the BIS certification website. Here’s what we know about the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE so far.
Samsung Galaxy S24 FE BIS certification details
- We managed to unearth the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on the BIS certification website with the model number SM-S721B/DS, the same that we saw on the support page for the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE on the official website.
- Besides the model number, the BIS certification of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE doesn’t reveal any hardware configuration or design of the device. However, it does suggest that the device may soon land in India.
- A recent report suggests that the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE will globally debut in October this year.
- Moreover, another leak gave us an early look at the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, revealing a similar design to the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S24. It will come in at least five shades: green, yellow, graphite, blue, and silver/white.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE specifications (expected)
We learned about some key specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE from a recent leak and the device’s Geekbench listing. The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE could flaunt with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz display. Powering the device will be an Exynos 2400e SoC paired with Samsung Xclipse 940 GPU and at least 8GB RAM.
Under the hood, it will pack a 4,565mAh battery. For photography, it could feature a triple rear camera setup, housing a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. The device will have a 10MP snapper at the front for selfies and video chats. It will run on Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 out of the box. Samsung will ship the Galaxy S24 FE with several Galaxy AI features.
