Key new features coming to Galaxy Watch

Vitals: Every morning, Vitals will analyse five key overnight bio-signals, such as heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, skin temperature, and blood oxygen, and compare them to your personal baseline. It only notifies you when something is meaningfully off, helping users avoid alert fatigue while giving useful context about their recovery or potential illness.

Heart Health Score: Samsung has improved its Vascular Load metric into a more comprehensive Heart Health Score. By combining sleep, stress, activity, and body composition data, it gives users a single, easy-to-understand daily score focused on long-term heart wellness.
