iBall Edu-Slide Q1035 3G

the i ball slide 3gq1035 is the second product of iball(first product was i ball andi phone for my wife) i have bought till date. every body will get the detailed config info of this product in its webpage of flipkart so no sense talking more about the config. now let me update you with the personal experience and feel of the product . i got this tab on 28/12/13 and i am writing this review on 13-1-14 after a continuous use of 16 days . npros:n1) unlike other tablets this tablet has two very loud and clear speakers which can produce loud sound which can be heard even in a crowded place. n2) its a dual sim tablet and in both sim i could use 3g service without any issue and lag of whatsoever. n3) the battery is good and lasted for 12 hours to me with surfing , movies and playing songs. so i believe the product does have a 6000 Lithium - Ion as mentioned.n4) the back of the tablet is made of aluminium and its brushed so we do not have to worry about cracking and scratches like the back of any other tablet. it also gives the tab a rich and premium look from behind but the aluminium body makes the tab a bit heavy but it makes up by providing extra strength and protection. n5) the front camera is decent .it says 8 mega pixel but an i ball 8 mega pixel will provide you the clarity and sharpness of 5 mega pixel camera we get on a or any other branded tab. the led flash is a big disappointment . the led is not bright and fails to provide enough light when u wan t to use the tab to take snaps at night. so if u want this tab to take crisp and sharp images this one is a no but it will suit your purpose for regular and day to day usage for removing photos. photos quality are decent and easily acceptable for normal and business purpose.n6) the from camera on the other hand excels . i have used it for skype and my friends told me that my image was much sharp clear and crisp as compared to my samsung google nexus phone. this is a big plus for me .n7) 10.1 inch Capacitive Touchscreen with 1280 x 800 pixels . the screen to be honest is sharp and clear and surprisingly very bright. if you are not a technical person you will fall in love with the screen and display. hd movies ran easily . images were sharp and clear. and the extra brightness helps u a lot if u want to see a cam or dvd rip . but when u see the screen very closely you see little pixels and there is where a technical person may doubt it might not be 1280 x 800 pixels but 1070 *740 pixels . i have doubts and do not have any proof to support my claim . but in case if it is 1070*740 then also it is sharp and clear. so the display and resolution for me is a great and you will love it . if u also see a image form side you can still see it clearly . this justifies that the display is bright and crisp.n8). this product cannot be updated on the go via wifi . the only way to upgrade is that you will have to take it to the center and they will update it for you after they announce the official update is available if any.n9) u dont need to update this thing and even without update the jelly bean android 4.2 os is quite futuristic.n10). the 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 Quad Core removes more than necessary power and grunt to support nearly all the games and can easily manage multitasking. so any one claiming that i t can t run games is seriously out of its mind. 1 gb ram is quite decent and just right. at this price we cant and wont get 2 gb ram.the wifi connectivity is really good and once connected there are no drops in signal.n11) u get a micro usb cable , and sleve with this tablet.n12). it has micro hdmi so u can get a micro hdmi cable connect it yo ur tv via your tvs hdmi slot and use this tab as a media player. i have tried this in my tv and it works perfect.n13) other plus it has blue tooth so u can connect it to your car blue tooth and u can listen to audio without problem. you can also connect a wireless key pad which supports blue tooth if u want to.n14) need less to say it has google play so u can download all the extra apps u want without any hastle.n15) the os is customized by i ball but it is very close to original google jelly bean osn16) the tablet has no heating issue when u use it for movies and other office use. the tablet might get hot( i havent tried it) if u use it play games continuously . when u play the processor and the display is continuously in the move so it s normal they heat up and u fell the heat when u hold it , but this is normal in all the tablets. luckily this having a aluminium body u just dont feel the heat from outside and this brings a smile on your face.n Thanks to flipkart for sending me the product before the promised delivery date ( before 31-12-13) . they really made my day. flipkart is getting better and better like an old wine .flipkart gives a new dimension to professionalism.

This tab has everything you can wish for. It has quantity of features but no quality. nnWithin 45 days of purchase, my tab freezed up with a black screen. Power button didn't work. No hardware reset button nor you can remove the battery. I took it to the service center they said they can't replace it ( 7 day replacement only) so after keeping it for 4-5 days they returned it without giving any proper reasoning. After 30 days of returning, the screen went black again. This time since the music was playing, it kept playing for 3 hrs till the battery died. Now, I am waiting for it to return from the service center.nnPros -n1. Economicaln2. Feature Loadedn3. Big screenn4. Decent Battery with 3G at all timesnnCons -n1. Your luck will play a good role. Chances of getting lemon are pretty high.n1. Grave Quality Issues. They just decently wrapped a inferior chinese parts.n2. After sales service is bad. Army of noobs. For every issue they will reset your tab like in old days computer engineers used to format your PC irrespective of what issue.n3. Before buying, think what you will do after the warranty year has ended.nnSuggestion -nStay Away. I got carrried away. Big mistake. You should not.
