Regarding the seller: When I bought the laptop, the spec had 128GB SSD as well. The heading was "Iball Atom 7th Gen - (4 GB/32 GB HDD/128 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home) Exemplaire+ Laptop". When I got the laptop, found that the 128GB SSD was not present. So, requested for a replacement. The replacement also did not have 128GB SSD. Later, I realised that, after the seller shipped the item, they removed "128GB SSD" from the title. The seller was either trying to cheat or they made a mistake in the spec. Lot of my time was wasted as well (coz of my curiosity, went to Ekart hub and collected the laptop myself). Amount: Rs.13999/- Regarding the product: Keyboard: Very bad keyboard quality. Sometimes, even though the keystroke sound was heard, it did not take the input, which lead to typos and errors. Display: The display brightness is average. The viewing angles are pathetic. If you maintain your head, perpendicular to the screen, you can see properly. Even, slight variations to the viewing angles were washing away the colors. Power key: You have to press and hold the power key for a few seconds, to switch it on. Performance: The UI is very sluggish. Found that the file copy speed is low as well. Ports: The power adapter seems cheap and looks more like a mobile charger. The USB ports are upside down, compared to other laptops which I have used. Audio: Audio quality seems to be below average.
