Bought two of these phones on 16 February 2015 prior to returning to the UK after a holiday in India. The battery in the first phone took only one charge before failing - and I know it is the battery at fault because the battery from the second phone powers the first phone. Can I get any response from Karbonn? Can I hell. Emails (four) to their UK and Head Offices have gone unanswered. Frankly, I dont expect Karbonn to offer me a replacement unit (they will no doubt say the warranty doesnt cover me), but I cannot even buy a new replacement battery anywhere. Very poor customer and warranty service. The phone? Nice and light, very good screen, allegedly will get a firmware upgrade to Android Lollipop, easy to use - and a low price too. But the battery lets it down badly. Even the second phone's battery runs down very quickly. I gather that several firmware upgrades have already been issued to help battery life
My first Smart Phone. Found nothing wrong with the device. Initially distracted by the anti reviews, I decided to take a chance and honestly speaking, I do not regret for the decision.
