This is about the experience with purchase of handset Xolo A600. This review will give an idea about the company - a group of dishonest people- named Xolo .nLooks of the handset are good. Camera is useless. The back cover started degenerating from day 2. The mobile's touch screen failed after 3 months. Its OK, some electronic devices do fail, it happens. But that's the logic of warranty and after sales services. The set was given for repair at the 'Service point' at Jayanagar Bangalore (Work order 310000446896). They said it will be 'delivered after 20 days'. after 20 days I called up and after so many attempts got a connection. When you ask if the set is ready, they will say pls call after 10 days. The ladies there are specially trained and they will patiently, without any feeling will tell like a robot :"Sir, your set is still in Delhi, please call after 10 days"n And this is how they reply to email :n"Inconvenience regretted, we have escalated your concern to our backend team. We will get back to you ASAP". That's all.nThe senior manager (Mr Mahavir : 09611110096) and Some other guy (07411200143) at this service center will never take the phone. Look like they are using some software to keep their mobile always busy. Or the numbers could be just fictitious.nAnd finally the set was delivered 2 months later ! Imagine...60 days..wow !nIt was a WHITE one instead of the BLACK one that I had given ; to add the dismay it came with a used back cover. I called up the service center, they said it came form Delhi, they are helpless. I called Delhi customer care, they said you contact service center. There is limit for everything. You cant only spend your valuable time for certain extend on useless activities. In this world you might get cheated by some point at somewhere. Deception is the rule of nature.nI have decided to live with it as it is useless to spend more time on this cheap stuff, dishonest people and treacherous company named Xolo. nI guess these people are surviving in these simple principles as it is very evident form the quality of handset, replies of the email and answers form the service center.nn1) Be good on looks to trap gullible people.n2) Compromise on camera to make it cheap.n3) Don't invest on customer care as it will increase the overall cost of running the 'firm'.n4) Keep giving strange excuses and at one point the customer will give up .nThese sort of companies are never going to last...n5) When the market really flops ,they will change the name to 'Polo' and come up with new ad campaign- you will never know when it happened !!
