Hi, my apologies for writing this review here in this section. I have not used this Xolo phone, but had bought another Xolo phone (Q800) from flipkart last year only (11 months ago). My only purpose here is to enlighten people of the poor after sales service, or even response to complaints that Xolo offers.nnMy Xolo Q800 phone's charging port/socket got physically thrust inwards from its position, that made the charger being inserted in its port properly extremely difficult. I took it to the designated service center in Kolkata:nnTechnique Servicesnn171c Lalin sarani , Kolkata -nCITY: KolkatanPINCODE: 700013nCONTACT MANAGER: Mr. Tarun ParekhnCONTACT PERSON: Mr. Tarun ParekhnCONTACT NUMBER: 9903224411nnHere, despite agreeing to pay for the repair service even though the phone was within its warranty period cover (since it was a case of physical damage), i was initially asked to deposit the phone without their official job-sheet (company letter-head) if wanted the phone back in 3-4 days, else it would take more than 15 days, according to them. I did that under much constraint of needing my phone back to working condition as early as possible. But 3-4 days became 10 days with no revert as well as no response to any phone calls made to their official number (given above). Person in charge (the fraudulent fellow) who had given me a stamped plain paper as receipt for the phone - Mr. S Sasmal.nnWhen i went to inquire on the 10th day, i was told the part wasn't still available but, to my shock, found that my handset was kept open & un-assembled which they must have been using for, who knows what, circuit testings, part removals/substitutions or what not!nnSuspecting something fishy, i took back my phone & deposited it back again, this time officially - with an official job-sheet (Work order No - 310000654586), so that anything that happened with my phone should also be their responsibility, on paper. Much quarreling happened that day.nnWhen i was later notified that the repair had been done, i was shocked, when on checking the handset, i saw that absolutely nothing had been done, yet it was being claimed that it had been repaired & i was asked to pay up. Also, for no reason, a factory reset had been done on my phone, & even its Android downgraded, I had lost all my data & contact details, despite there being no software issues, only a minor hardware problem! Absolutely shocking!!! There was again much argument, this time with abusive language & threatening tone used with me. I refused to take back my phone & complained to the company on their helpline() & over email(care@xolo.in). It's been over a week now but they have done nothing about it as yet, & i don't have my phone with me still! It's languishing somewhere with them, being used for who knows what!nnI have now reported this matter to the Consumer forum, & they will soon take this up with the Company. I hope to get a just resolution then.nnTherefore, i just wish to make all innocent prospective buyers of Xolo phones aware of the ordeals that await them. So, either be prepared to let your life be made hell & made to feel like dealing with animals at the service center should anything go wrong with your phone, or not go for this terrible, pathetic company who can't take up a small complaint & reach out to the customer by correcting the actions of their own designated/authorized service center.nnOpen your eyes, Xolo. With services like these, you will soon be doomed, you'll sink.
everythings awesomme............................this is the 3rd phone of xolo i have purchased......................nd its far better than micromax and any other indian companies!.......
