I did not buy this on flipkart but thought should share the review:nnBox Content: Tab, Charger, ear plugs, manual and warranty card.nnThe volume rocker, power switch, sd card slot, sim slot and the jack are all located on the top of the device, nothing on the sides.nnPros: nLooks good, not too bulky (plastic back but does not look cheap), Good Battery Backup, Good viewing angles, Good Brightness and Resolution, Smooth touch, Smooth operation (no lag on navigation or surfing), On a good connection Skype is flawless with voice and video calls (was using 3G), does not heat up too much as compared to a few I've seennCons:nSpeaker: Very low Volume (Do not buy if you are planning to use this without ear plugs: the ones in the box do the job satisfactorily)nCamera: Poor QualitynCalling: The loudspeaker is of no use, so is the mike on the devicenNo Preinstalled Apps: I do not see this as a major issue but you need to spend good amount of data on apps sincenNo Accessories: very few 8 in tabs available and since the tab has a unique design (everything on top) most standard accessories are not useablenOverall a good app for 8 inches and 1 GB ram and sim slot, I would not recommend this for someone looking specifically for voice calling, for surfing reading etc it seems to be perfect so far.
XOLO QC800 Reviewn*************************nBought this once and after using it for a few days, I m recommending it to everyone I know. :D A very happy customer. !!!nnProsn******n+Excellent hardware specifications and features for a tab at this price!n+All Games including 3d run very smoothly.n+Great video quality, very good display. n+Very good quality touch sensor, comparable to any other ultra luxury phone or tab.n+Very fast processor, never gets stuck even when playing games or multitasking.n+Big screen, That extra inch really makes a big difference in reading text.n+Very bright screen, easy to use in direct sunlight. You have to see it to believe it.n+Charging is very fast.n+Decent build quality.n+Really good design, button placement and slot placement. Very few other tabs have this good design.nnConsn******n-Poor audio output. can't use in noisy environment. Have to use some accessory for audio such as the provided earphones, which are good quality or buy a bluetooth headset.n-Battery backup is not amazing but OK. Can play subway surfer on contineously for 2-3 hours. That is good enough. Once a day charge is required at least. Battery does not drop without usage, which is good.To compensate for that it has good powersaving features that almost double battery life. n-Low on device Storage. Have to use a MicroSD. 32GB card will eliminate this drawback. n-Poor camera quality for both cameras. Back camera works OK in daylight but not well in dim light.nnFinal verdictn**************nIf you are looking to spend around rupees 10,000 to 12,000. Go for this and get one 32GB microSD(less than Rs.1500). Only if you dont care about camera and sound output and have charging facility available frequently. Or buy a battery bank (less than Rs.1500). Add external spearkers too (Less than Rs.200) and you have a tab for Rs.13,000 which is way better than any tab double its price.
