The laptop i purchased from flipkart was delivered promptly within three days and cash was taken promptly. The Laptop is good But the freebie Lenovo backpack was damaged. I put up a complaint for it. In response I got two emails saying that my phone wasn't reachable. I replied back again through email. No response this time. Its 1 month and 6 days now....past flipkart exchange time and i am stuck with a damaged bag after paying about 50k.
