The Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E540 (20C6006LAU) carries a 15.6-inch HD LED backlit display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is coated with matte anti glare coating so that you can view things clearly even under bright light. 

Under the hood, the notebook is loaded with a 2.4GHz Intel Core i3 processor belonging to the fourth generation and based on HM87 Express chipset. It is assisted by a regular 4GB DDR3 RAM which operates at 1,600MHz and is further expandable up to 16GB via two DIMM ports. The integrated Intel HD 4600 GPU takes the responsibility of managing rich games. It sails on 64 bit Windows 7 Professional OS.
