Verdict

The Lenovo Thinkpad P51S is a high-end laptop with some excellent processing features. Apart from processing feature, one simply cannot  avoid to take notice of the Full HD display. While the excellent storage space is something that allows individuals to store multiple data and media files without worrying too much about storage space. Yes, the high price might be  a cause for concern, but then available features account for the high price.

Display and storage

The Lenovo Thinkpad P51S flaunts a 15.6inch Full HD LED IPS display accompanied with a screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 pixels. It is available in Black colour and weighs around 1.99kg hence it can be treated as a lightweight laptop as it could easily be carried. For storing important data and media files it is provided with a 500GB HDD hard disk drive storage capacity with a speed of 7200RPM. 

Configuration and Connectivity

On the performance front, the Lenovo Thinkpad operates on Intel Core i7-7500U (7th gen) with a clock speed of 2,7Ghz. While the processor is mated to 8GB DDR4 RAM and a RAM speed of 2133MHz. The NVIDIA Quadro M520 graphics processor. The connectivity options include- Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.1. Some of the more common features are -an SD card reader, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and a VGA port. 

Battery, Camera and Input Device

The battery aspect of the laptop consists of a 4 cell Li-ion battery which unarguably provides a strong battery backup. The front webcam can be befittingly used for video calling while you can record videos in HD 720p. The input devices that are available in this laptop includes - Touchpad with multitouch support, standard notebook keyboard and fingerprint scanner.
