Hey Guys,nnI had read almost all reviews about the phone before buying it and was very hopeful of the product that i was buying.nnUnfortunately the phone worked well for about 2-3 days and then started to show signs of immense decay.nnFlipkart Staff had called me after i requested for a return though they said it would need another call from the manager, who has not bothered to call, When raised with the customer service again, they have given me a date of 25th Nov 2:30 pm for this issue to get resolved and nothing more with no details shared on what's happening on their side.nni have taken time out to write a detailed review as i felt this should go on public domain as a new phone should not fail on so many counts. My father is using a lenovo and is very satisfied (mind it he bought from a regular brick and mortar shop)nn1. could not receive calls, all i could do is hear the phone ringing at timesn2. after switching on the internet the phone jsut stops to respondn3. has stopped taking charging from electrical point, only charges when connected to a laptopn4. battery gets heatedn5. power button does not respond at times on its ownnnIf there would have been a negative rating for the product and Flipkart service. would have done so.nnSometimes it makes me wonder, is it because of online nature of business that these issues crop up more regularly.

Firstly in one word, if I have to say about this phone it is “Awesome”. I ordered it on the launch day with launch day offers (like 95% discount on battery case, 6 months EMI cash back etc.,) and received it on the next day (11th Nov). This review is after using this phone for 2 days with Dual SIM on 3G & 2G Network. n**Update** Lenovo Charging Case available as of now (15th Nov) for Rs.1999/- n**Update** This phone has no issues till date (16 Jan), you may have to perform couple of software updates.nCustomers who bought this on launch day can take buy at Rs.100/- nPros:n• Light weight – Feels very light but strong because of the alloy bodyn• The Golden back & multi layered texture looks amazing & gives posh look like a high end phonen• The box contains a free scratch guard & transparent back panel, which is not mentioned in the Flipkart site (box contents)n• The free transparent back panel is so thin & flimsy that it doesn’t increase the size or weight of the phonen• The screen comes with Full HD resolution 1080, so the video clarity is amazingn• Touch Screen – WOW! Very smooth, no lags & very responsive. You can also configure with glove touch optionn• Camera – The clarity is good in moderate light conditions & excellent sun light but images are blurred if you even shake a bitn• 32 GB internal memory (28 GB usable) without split, which means in an ideal situation, you will not go out of space, if you wish to install more applications or gamesn• Tiny LED indicator on top for certain alerts (configurable)n• Twin MIC for noise cancellationn• Gorilla 3 Glass – However, most of us tend to use scratch guard and Lenovo also understand thatn• Lenovo Security – I have never seen an application for Android like this. It is a pack of Antivirus, Memory /Junk cleaner, Privacy guard, Phone guard etc.,n• Comes with preinstalled applications like – Facebook, Twitter, Truecaller, Kingsoft office, Route 66 etc., - Some of it can be uninstalled if you don’t like, I uninstalled “Evernote”n• Preinstalled games like Spiderman, Asphalt etc.,n• If you are not using any security (Pattern or PIN) then you can configure the lock screen with some applications, this will directly take you through that without searching for the applicationn• Preinstalled with several Themesn• Supports 4G (LTE) in India unlike Huawei Honor 6 doesn’t supportn• Lot of shortcuts as pull down menu (like Cleanmaster), which are very usefuln• Loud speaker volume – Unlike some phones are very poor in thatn• In future, we will also get JBL speaker accessory, which could be used for personal music listening nCons:n• It comes with Micro SIM for 3G & Nano SIM slot for 2G, so you cannot swaps SIMs just like that without an adaptorn• No support Micro SD but I think they might have avoided due to speed related issues/concernsn• Battery lasts just a day but you can get original Lenovo battery back as accessoryn• Surprisingly, there is a 14 MB firmware patch already available for this phone! nOverall, great value for money! Instead of going for other expensive brands, you can choose this one, which has latest features!
