The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (20A7002FUS) is a lightweight laptop and comes with a lot of strong features. A powerful processor is present which acts as a brain of the laptop. A quick responsive fingerprint scanner is there for security needs. However, the absence of a dedicated GPU and Full HD display are the major disappointment at this price range.

The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (20A7002FUS) Ultrabook flaunts a superb 14-inch HD LED-backlit display with a screen resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It weighs only 1.42Kg, measures 330.96 x 227.07 x 18.5mm and is available in a black coloured body. The system management is functioned by a 2.6GHz Intel Core i5-4200U (4th Gen), a 4GB DDR3 RAM and an Intel HD 4400 graphics card. The laptop packs in Windows 7 professional operating system which runs on 64-bit architecture.

Connectivity and Battery

The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (20A7002FUS) Ultrabook features many connectivity options - a Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, two USB 3.0 slots, an SD card reader, a VGA port, a headphone jack and a microphone jack. The laptop is boosted by an 8 cell Li-ion battery which keeps the show running around 8 hours.

Storage and Camera

The user can create an ample number of files in a 128GB SATA hard disk which have a revolution speed of 5,400 RPM. A 720p HD webcam stacked in the laptop can record videos, letting the user enjoy video calling.
