Lenovo Ideapad Y50-70 (59-441908) Laptop (Core i7 4th Gen/8 GB/1 TB 8 GB SSD/Windows 8 1/4 GB)

Lenovo Bad Service and Support after selling the product most important is the support. I bought lenovos Y50 Laptop to find out a few days later few screws are missing at the bottom of it. After calling lenovos support for dozen of time mentioning my laptop the not even a week under ADP and on site warranty. I had to visit a service center in Bangalore to find out they don't have spare parts for it. They refused to help and said nothing could be done or bring the screws VERY intelligent people if i had the screws or knew they would fall off in a week i would have tighten them myself. After few hours talking to people there they agreed to send a mail to lenovo about my problem now its been more then two weeks still no reply tried calling service center they are still waiting for screws from lenovo. And Now the lenovo y50 70 body started to crack from where the screw were missing now the problem went from a few screw missing to BAD QUALITY PRODUCT which body start to form cracks within a month. After experiencing lenovos support never ever going to buy a lenovo product or recommend it to anyone.

Its a bad product not worth of quoted as a gaming device.nThe after sales services from the lenovo is so horrible there executive are rude and not telling us the right solution. I too have the same and facing missing screws problem and even after having onsite warranty they refused to fix it.nThe laptop is also doing something weird as lenovo removed the turbo boost feature from it... overall the worst purchase ever already wanna sell it back even in half of the price..nnnbetter to go to asus.
