The  Lenovo Legion Y720 is an excellent pick for the professionals. Under the hood, an outstanding configuration makes the performance almost impeccable, also considering the price it needed some quality performance to back it up. While several other features like display and battery backup is above par good. Hence, if have you have a strong budget capacity then you can go for it.

Display and storage

The Lenovo Legion Y720 sports a 15.6 inch Full HD, IPS Anti-glare LED backlight display accompanied with a screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. But it does not provide users with a display touch screen facility. A storage capacity of 256GB SSD is a slight cause of concern whereas the SSD makes the file transferring and loading faster.

Configuration and Connectivity

The performance aspect of Lenovo Legion Y720 is backed by a Intel Core i7-7700HQ (7th Gen) mated with an 8GB DDR4 RAM and a RAM  speed of 2400Mhz. It runs on Windows 10 professional operating system with an operating system type 64 bit. As far as the graphics requirement is concerned NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 having a graphics memory of 6GB. The connectivity options include- Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth v4.1. Some of the other features are- USB 3.0, an SD card reader, a Headphone jack, a microphone jack, and a VGA port.   

Battery, Camera and Input Device

The 4 cell Li-polymer battery provides the laptop with necessary power to run for longer duration. Just on the top of the screen, there is webcam which facilitates video and video recording in complete HD with a resolution of 720p. The two input devices that are present in the laptop are - a touchpad with multitouch gesture support and a full-size RGB backlit mechanical keyboard.
