Design and Display

The Micromax Canvas Tab P701 packs a 7-inch WXGA IPS display having a resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels. The IPS technology provides wide viewing angles along with built-in backlight that allows you to see pictures clearly even during bright conditions. It is available in blue and black colour variants.

OS and Configuration

The tablet comes preloaded with Android v5.1 (Lollipop) operating system. It is armed with 1.3 GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM thanks to which you can use several applications at the same time without experiencing glitches. For handling high graphics applications it is equipped with Mali-T720 MP2 GPU.

Camera and Storage 

Micromax Canvas Tab P701 comes with a 5MP rear camera with autofocus feature that allows to capture sharp images with reduced blurs along with an LED flash that helps taking pictures in low light environment. It is accompanied by a 2MP camera on the front for selfies as well as video calls.
The tablet contains 8GB of internal memory to store your data, it can be even further expanded upto 32GB using a microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

On the connectivity front the tablet features voice calling, dual SIM, Wifi with hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS,  microUSB 2.0 and OTG connectivity,  with 4G and voice calling feature being the primary highlights of this tablet.  The tablet is powered by a non removable li-polymer battery that has a capacity of 3,500mAh.
