The MSI GE63 Raider RGB-012 is a nice laptop which is loaded with a lot of strong features. The configuration is excellent to deal with multiple tasks. The dual storage allows saving a lot of files and documents in it. The battery backup is great for daily use, Overall, the laptop is one of the best options to go for.

Display and Build

The MSI GE63 Raider RGB-012 flaunts a 15.6-inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS display with a screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Just on the top of the screen, a webcam is present that helps in video calling and recording. The laptop offers two basic input devices as a touchpad with multi-touch gesture support and a Gaming Keyboard. The black coloured body weighs around 2.5kg. 

Configuration and Battery

The MSI GE63 Raider RGB-012 is powered by a 2.2GHz Intel Core i7-8750H (8th Gen) processor coupled with a 16GB DD4 RAM. The combination is seated on Intel HM370 Express chipset and delivers a powerful performance. Along with these, a 6GB NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 GPU is present to handle the graphical needs. The device is fuelled by a 6 cell Li-ion battery which renders a quality battery backup. It runs on Windows 10 Home Basic operating system sailing upon 64-bit architecture.

Storage and Connectivity

In terms of storage, the MSI GE63 Raider RGB-012 houses a 1TB SATA hard disk which revolves at a speed of 7,200RPM. Moreover, a 128GB solid-state drive is available for further storage needs. The device offers a wide range of connectivity options such as - Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, one USB 2.0 slot, a headphone jack, a microphone jack, an SD card reader and Bluetooth v5.0.
