The laptop is really solid but if u wait for 2 more months new laptops are released which are equipped with GTX 970m 3GB/6GB graphic cards which are less cost and have high performance. So, don't buy now. Its better to wait rather than wasting money for downgraded GPU's.

MSI is a brand to reckon with in comparison to its gaming counterparts from ASUS and ALIENWARE. I've been using this "Sleekbook" for more than a week and the performance is rewarding. My only major gripe is with the heat output, though you should expect & accept this when using such a hardware! The twin fans inside does a commendable job of dissipating the heat without any significant lag in performance while playing AAA games but the fans does emit a clear whizzing sound that can be heard from a distance. nnIn-spite of the bloat-ware that comes preloaded, the boot up & shut down time is less than 10 seconds. Everything is pre-installed on the SSD. nnGTX 870M is one serious performer and that alone is the reason why the temperature in the top middle part of the base can reach upto 70 deg [AnandTech]. A cooling pad is recommended as keeping it on your lap whilst playing without one is a BIG NO.nnThe SteelSeries keyboard looks great. It doesn't feel cluttered and the RGB LEDs beneath can be customized to your liking. nnBenchmarks:n1.
