Overall the new Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 8-inch 32GB WiFi + 3G is a smartphone with a difference. Its unique reading e-Book feature, Dolby digital sound and powerful RAM are the positive points, giving it a good stride from its competitors. However, Average quality camera without flash, and low pixel density screen are not desirable feature, at least for a smartphone that comes with a complete package.
