Scomp Techno Tab

I purchased a Scomp Techno Tab from Seventymm.com with serial no. 1607 with the following details : Order no. SMA0403938 dated 05-Oct-12 Date of receipt of the Tablet : 12.10.2012 After running only for about a month, it was showing some errors during booting and ultimately it became unable to boot at all. It was getting stucked at the Android logo. So, I sent the Tablet to you at the address Sapphire Computech Pvt. Ltd., S-383, 2nd floor, Chirag Delhi, New Delhi, Mobile: 9211725616 on date 08.02.2013 via First Flight Courier, Consignment No. E42751217 and it was received by one SCOMP office staff Mr. MANJEET on 11.02.2013. I ringed the office before sending the tablet and it was replied that the tablet will be returned to me within 4 days of receipt. But unfortunately more than four months was over, but they have not returned my tablet in working condition. I ringed the SCOMP office to the above mobile number so many times, probably more than 50 times in the last 4 months. Initially the office was replying that the motherboard is not available and it will be despatched within 7 days of my ringing date. But for the last one month whenever I am ringing the office, one lady staff from office replies that today or tomorrow it will be despatched. Unfortunately this has been continuing for every day or day after tomorrow and they have not yet despatched my tablet. The SCOMP is not accessible through e-mail. Worst after sales service. This product is not good, battery backup is very bad, camera is also not good and in screen touch also very poor.
