Simmtronics Xpad X720

I am not going into the specs of this tab, probability is that you might have already known it while reading this and are searching for more insight to this tab.nn1.SELECTIONnwhen i got this tab for my younger brother, i wasn't much excited as i was sure that there won't be much enticing features about this tab. i choose simmtronics as i am familiar with the brand since past 6-7 years as its is one of the biggest computer chipset and RAM manufacturer and have known about its good after sales service. fortunately i was wrong in my perception as this tablet excelled in many field like gaming, video playback, touch response, and other tasks.nn2. PROBLEMSnjust after 5 hours of unboxing my tab, the wifi died. that was very undesirable. did everything from switch off and switch on to factory resetting, didn't know about flashing rom, but nothing worked. i lost my hopes and unwillingly requested for a return.nn3. FLIPKART'S RESPONSEninitially, when i requested a return from my account, nothing happened within 3 days. then i mailed them and fortunately they were back to me another day with a promise for a replacement within 72 hours. again unfortunately, the supplier ran out of the product so they called me and informed about the situation and gave me the option of money back. i agreed. that's quite a helpful staff flipkart has.nn4. SERVICE CENTER'S RESPONSEni mailed the service person in jalandhar and to my surprise i got the reply very next day saying i can claim my warranty and he gave me the address of the service center. that was satisfying too..!nn5. SOLUTIONnyou might be be thinking what happened to the tablet. well don't know about you but i believe in luck. the tab suddenly after 5-6 days of failure started working on its own and working till now. now it was really very satisfying to know my tablet can repair itself, what else could you demand of...!!nn6. MY VERDICTnits simple for me, i will go for simmtronics next time around too. and also ofcourse with flipkart too.! i am, as a consumer, very much satisfied by the response i got from the simmtronics service center, flipkart staff and my tablet itself. n>it plays most of the games smoothly like temple run 2, subway surfer, fruit ninja, etc. n>the display is not the best but acceptable. it plays full hd video without lag, no conversion needed. but because of the low resolution, you know. n>there is no bluetooth but it supports pen drive and mouse through otg usb.n>the body is made up of plastic not up to the mark but nevertheless, looks good and is easy to hold.n>gets slow when you are connected online while using crome and load more than one tab.n>battery won't last more than 4-5 hours on continuous usage. on standby, it goes more than 2 days.n>internal memory is just above 2 GB.n>i use samsung galaxy fit and compared to that, the touch screen of the tablet is really good considering the cost factor.nn7. WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TO YOU?nYes. if you are not looking for some serious performance or high end gaming then this tab is going to leave a smile on your face.nnAND DID I TELL YOU SIMMTRONICS IS AN INDIAN COMPANY WHICH MANUFACTURES THE TAB IN ITS OWN FIRM IN INDIA ITSELF???nTHIS IS ANOTHER BIG REASON TO BUY SIMMTRONICS. YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO INDIA'S GROWTH.nnThanks for showing your patience while reading my experience with simmtronics.nnUPDATE: Those who are having WiFi problem, just force restart(keep pressing the lock button for 5 seconds) your tab and it will be fine. Its a software bug and not a problem with the tab.

Very good tab.give u almost 5 to 6 hours of working time.nTouch quality is great.very smooth.and responsive.nDisplay quality is great.nThe bad thing in this tab is.it has only one usb port.nThe package doesn't contains headset lan connecter.nThe build quality is good. Does't feel like a rs 4000 tablet.nThis is the best tablet below 6000 without sim facility.nMy suggestion purchase it as early as possible.but make sure u don't get a product with manufacturing defect.
